New Parent Client Variable on EULA
We're excited to announce an enhancement to our EULA creation process!
Issue Reported
Previously, EULA templates lacked the ability to reference the client Parent Branch, posing challenges in generating precise end-user client agreements.
Solution
We're launching a new variable for parent client name on EULAs. This feature makes it easier for our clients to reference the Parent Branch directly on EULA agreements, crucial for compliance.
How To Use
To use this, simply navigate to your EULA template, find the new ##{{PARENTCLIENTNAME}} variable, and place it where needed. Your new EULA agreements will then automatically reference the correct client parent branch. By ensuring the parent client is part of the agreement, this feature simplifies the compliance process and helps you craft more accurate and comprehensive EULAs.
Update to DOT Employment Request Sheet
We're pleased to announce an important update in response to the new guidance from the Department of Transportation (DOT) effective January 6th, 2023.
Issue Reported
The DOT has advised that all DOT Drug & Alcohol (D&A) information can now be found via the DOT Clearinghouse. As a result, verifications should only include information pertaining to the driver and accident history.
Solution
In response to this change, we've updated the Request Sheet within deverus to remove questions regarding Drug and Alcohol violations to align with the new DOT guidelines.
How to Use
This update simplifies the verification process for CRAs using the DOT Employment Request Sheet, aligning it more closely with DOT's new data availability.
You don't need to do anything to benefit from this update. The changes have been made automatically and you'll notice the relevant questions have been removed from your request sheets.
Thank you for your continued trust as we adapt to changing regulatory environments. As always, we're committed to ensuring deverus helps you maintain the highest standards of compliance. Stay tuned for more updates!

Release Note: Tooltip Enhancement for 'Propagate to Sub Branches' Setting
We're excited to announce a small but impactful improvement in our user interface aimed at clarifying the 'propagate to sub branches' setting.
Issue Reported
We've noticed that the wording of the 'propagate to sub branches' checkbox in the Admin Module led to some confusion among users, leading to a number of support tickets.
Solution
To clear up any misunderstanding, we've updated the setting with a tooltip to provide further context: 'This checkbox will propagate this user's settings to branch users with the same user name'.
How to Use
This enhancement should lead to less confusion and fewer support tickets. The next time you navigate to the 'propagate settings to sub branches' setting, hover over it to see the new tooltip. This will provide a clearer understanding of what the setting does and how it impacts your sub branches.
We believe this change will streamline your experience as an admin and reduce any potential ambiguity. As always, we're committed to making deverus as user-friendly as possible. Stay tuned for more updates!
Release Note: Sales Summary Revenue Fix for Cancelled Swifthire Mobile Reports
We're excited to announce a crucial fix in Swifthire Mobile, enhancing the accuracy of the sales summary widget.
Issue Reported
Before, when an error occurred during the ordering process, causing a Swifthire Mobile report to be created with all searches cancelled, the sales summary widget continued to show inaccurate revenue data. This was due to an issue in how the system processed cancelled reports and their associated costs.
Solution
We've addressed this problem by refining our error handling mechanism in Swifthire Mobile. Now, when a report is cancelled due to an error (This report has been cancelled due to an ordering error. [code:C01]), the system accurately resets the associated costs to zero. This update ensures that the sales summary widget displays a true reflection of your revenue.
How to Use
This fix greatly enhances the reliability of the sales summary widget, offering a more accurate representation of your revenue data, especially when reports are cancelled due to ordering errors.
No additional action is required on your end. The improved error handling process is automatic.
We're dedicated to providing a seamless experience and accurate data reporting. We appreciate your continued support and patience. Stay tuned for more updates!
