IM Account Field Reference Key -

Orange = Values that will be provided by the Client/Bullhorn per individual client account
Green = Enter a description
Red = deverus action required
Underline = N/A or Not Required

Estimated Project Timeline -
~1-2 weeks. The timeliness of deverus being provided with required access and credentials should also be considered.

Integration Requirements -

Note: We encourage SwiftHire Mobile, but we do currently support "direct" ordering as well.

  • Client must have an existing Bullhorn instance

  • Client must create an API user profile and provide the following API Credentials as issued by Bullhorn -

    • API Username

    • API Password

    • Client ID

    • Client Secret

  • Client must provide Administrator login credentials to access the Bullhorn instance. This allows deverus to configure required areas in Bullhorn to facilitate integrated background check requests

    • Administrator Username

    • Administrator Password


deverus Platform Requirements

  • If SwiftHire Mobile is being used -

    • SwiftHire Settings are configured - Recommended at client-type level

    • All user profiles have SwiftHire settings configured in their respective HR Modules

  • Active default user at client level(s)

  • Active package(s) - Recommended at client-type level

  • If multiple locations, Branch Administration is enabled at Primary Branch

    • All associated clients/locations are nested under this Branch Administration
