Bulk Update Feature for i3recruiter ID Propagation

What's New: We’ve introduced a bulk update feature to easily propagate the i3recruiter ID to multiple user IDs simultaneously.

Impact: Clients will save time and effort as they no longer need to manually add the i3recruiter ID to each individual child branch.

Goal: To streamline the process of updating and propagating i3recruiter IDs, especially when dealing with numerous child branches, enhancing efficiency and user experience.

Problem Addressed: Prior to this enhancement, it was difficult to manage the i3recruiter ID across multiple user IDs, especially when new users were added. The i3recruiter ID did not automatically propagate to the child branches, requiring manual updates or a support ticket for a mass update. This was particularly cumbersome for clients with a large number of child branches.

Smooth Submission of Multiple EMPVs

What's New: We've fine-tuned the EMPV submission process to The Work Number and WorkProof, enabling a smoother, error-free experience for internal researchers.

Impact: Internal researchers will no longer encounter interruptions (500 - internal server error) when trying to submit multiple EMPVs to The Work Number or WorkProof, enhancing productivity and user experience.

Goal: To provide a frictionless, user-friendly process for submitting multiple EMPVs without encountering server errors.

Issue Resolved: Previously, internal researchers encountered a 500 - internal server error when attempting to submit more than one Employment Verification (EMPV) to The Work Number or WorkProof. This error required users to refresh the page each time they wished to submit another EMPV, causing an inefficient and disruptive user experience.

Background and Resolution: We identified that the error occurred during the second submission attempt, following the initial successful submission. After detailed investigation and troubleshooting, we have resolved this issue. Now, users can pull a list of pending EMPVs, use either of the ‘Send to’ vendor links to open the new tab, return to the list of searches, click on the next (separate) report, and it also opens in its own new tab. Reports can be successfully resubmitted from those tabs without any need to refresh the page or encounter an error message.

Clarifying WorkProof Error Messages

What's New: We’ve updated our error messages for a more intuitive and helpful user experience during WorkProof submissions.

Impact: Clients will now receive clearer guidance on the next steps to take if a WorkProof submission fails, reducing confusion and potential delays in the verification process.

Goal: To simplify troubleshooting and expedite resolution by providing more precise and actionable error messages to users during the WorkProof submission process.

Issue Resolved: In the past, if a WorkProof order encountered an error, the message displayed was: 'WorkProof returned a status of Failed Submission.' Although accurate, this message did not guide our clients towards a potential solution or next steps to resolve the issue.

Background and Resolution: Understanding the necessity for clear and actionable error messages, we’ve updated the verbiage to better guide you in case of a failed WorkProof submission. Now, if an error occurs, you will see the message: 'WorkProof Submission failed. Please verify information provided matches IRS records.' This new message aims to direct your attention towards verifying the accuracy of the submitted information against IRS records, enhancing your ability to quickly address and rectify the issue.

Enhanced Stability in Adverse Letter Ordering Process

What's New: We've refined the adverse letter ordering process to be more robust and reliable.

Issue Resolved: In specific instances, while trying to order and preview the content of global v2.0 letters, some users encountered a message stating "Something went wrong when sending the order. Please try again later or contact support," preventing them from completing the process.

Resolution: Upon investigation it was discovered that if a client's fax contained a null value, the system would throw an error when trying to send the adverse letter.

The system has now been enhanced to gracefully manage such scenarios, ensuring that the adverse letter sending process remains smooth and uninterrupted, even when fax details are absent.

Impact: Clients will experience a smoother, error-free process when ordering adverse letters, even in scenarios where certain information, like fax details, might be unavailable.

Goal: To ensure that the preview and ordering of adverse letters occur seamlessly and without unexpected errors, enhancing user experience and reliability of the system.
