Update to Unverified EMPVs

This week we are releasing an update to unverified EMPVs. Currently when processing an unverified EMPV as a 'no match' from Work Number, it was necessary to manually set the drop-downs in the 'Verified' section to blank. Now you will be able to submit results and complete the search out of QA with the drop-downs left as 'Not Asked', eliminating all those extra clicks. The 'Not Asked' will not appear on the final report.

In addition if a 'Do Not Contact' EMPV is manually re-submitted from the search card, the 'Employer not contacted at applicant request' will be moved from the Unable to Verify section to the Comments.

Typeahead for Add Existing Branch Clients

We have also changed the 'Add Branch Existing Client' search function to a type-ahead to improve performance over the drop-down.

Firefox Error

Some CRAs reported receiving a 'Please disable “Private Mode”, or upgrade to a modern browser' error when using Firefox. We have made an update that should prevent this error from popping up anymore.

Swifthire Mobile False Positive Errors

Several updates were made to the SHM creation process after a variety of SHM submission errors were reported to our Client Success team. An update was made regarding how the database tables call to each other during the SHM applicant submission process to generate the actual report.

Since its release, we have noticed a remarkable reduction in instances where the SHM Error Handling process was causing errors on its own. This means that SHM submission errors should be handled correctly as documented in our Knowledge Base. (Here is a quick link to our KB article)

We ask that any new reports of SHM submission errors be put in under a new ticket. Since this update, all previous examples may no longer apply.
