July 15, 2019 deverus is pleased to be adding new instant search Researcher: Themis Data Solutions (Formally Experian).

Themis DS can be used with the deverus "Instant Criminal" and "SuperSearch" products.
Filtering options are available to be configurable for both of those search types.

There are seven options available for configuring the filters when using ThemisDS. To make a change to these options, please create a support ticket so deverus can make the change.

Setting 1:

Exact DOB and name match

Exclude all name only sources including certain Sex Offender sources and Vigilance Sources

Setting 2:

Exact DOB and name match, and include Name only matches on Vigilance Sources

Setting 3:

DOB progression matching excluding name only sources (default). If the records have full DOBs, we do an exact match ° If the records have partial DOBs we match in the following order depending what’s on the case file:

If there is an age on file but no date, we do a year translation and match on name and year

Setting 4:

DOB progression (above) plus Name Only matching on Vigilance sources and name only records ° This is the DOB progression from #3, plus name only matches on records with no DOB

Setting 5:

DOB progression (above) and include Name only matches on Vigilance sources

Setting 6:

(1) Include_partial_DOB=1
(2) Include CCYY match only (mmdd can be any value)
(3) Include MMDD match only (ccyy can be any value)
(4) SOR with any or no DOB (Name only match)
(5) Patriot with any or no DOB (Name only match)

Setting 7:

(1) Include_partial_DOB=5
(4) SOR with exact DOB, CCYY0000 match or no DOB
