Settings Change Request
To change settings, please use the word document attached to add a change and highlight. Send the request in the form of a support ticket, and our team will configure these for you. Please see an overview of the various setting options below. Please note, Innovative can only be used with the deverus "Instant Criminal, Statewide, or Super-search" products.
NCIS Instant Setting Options
April 2023: Upon review with Equifax, deverus is updating the default search filters for the Innovative Instant search product. The Equifax 'Innovative' product team have recommended several filtering changes. These filtering changes will only impact Instant Criminal searches and SuperSearches where Innovative is the researcher. These changes will not impact Instant Criminal searches assigned to other sources, such as Themis, DataDivers, or CLEARA.
If you would like to pursue a unique filtering profile for the Innovative Instant product, please follow the steps outlined above.
