What is Client Branding?
Client Branding allows you to create a customized look in the client module and in SwiftHire Mobile. The following aspects can be customized for individual clients or client types.
Background Image
Logo
Color scheme
Company Profile

The branding for both of these modules is controlled by the same Client Branding settings.
Create a Company Profile
The company profile is the contact information available to an HR user when they log in. You may find a business need to have different company profiles to cater to different clients. You can alter the company name and contact info.
In the administration module, click System Settings in the upper right.
βClick on System Profile.
βLeave the pulldown at the top on Create New Profile in order to create a new company info profile (or choose a specific profile that?s already been created if you want to edit it).
Give your profile a name that indicates the company info being added, such as ABC Company or DBA ScreenCo.
Enter the company name, address, phone number, customer service email address, and fax number, exactly as you would want a client to view them.
Add the email address that customer results should be sent from, as prompted. This becomes the "From" address when you send reports to clients that use this profile, meaning that if they reply to an emailed report, the email address you add here will receive the reply.
Add the email address of the accounting department where indicated. This will be the ?From? address for invoices emailed to clients using this profile.
Ignore the message on the admin login page. This is only set from the default profile.
Ignore the SLA agreement level.
Save the new profile by clicking new (or, if editing an existing profile, click update to save).
When finished, the new company profile in the pulldown list at the top, which you can select to make further changes later.
Apply a Company Profile
You can apply a specific color, logo and company info profile to a specific client, or all the clients of a certain type. Here's how:
Navigate to the Client Branding settings for either a client or a client type.
Navigate to the Clients tab and then search or browse for the client in question.
Click the Site Branding section of the client editor for that client, which will expand that section.
If you have a checkbox option that says click here to create Site Branding settings for this client, then check it off and let the screen refresh, then scroll back down to Site Branding.
Click where you see click here to edit the Site Branding settings for this client.
Navigate to the Sales tab, and then click the Client Types link just under and to the left of that tab.
Find and click the client type you wish to change, and then click the Client Branding link for that type.
If you have a checkbox option that says click here to create Branding settings for this customer type, then check it off and let the screen refresh, then scroll back down to Client Branding.
Click where you see click here to edit the Site Branding settings for this customer type.
For client-specific settings:
For client type settings that can affect all clients of a specific type at once:
Use the pulldowns to select the color scheme, logo, and system (company info) profile. Each pulldown contains default, followed by any profiles you created according to the instructions above.
When finished, click Save.
Background Image for SwiftHire 2.0
While creating a Company Profile, the option is available to upload a background image. This image will be shown to subjects receiving a SwiftHire mobile invitation. Recommended images are around 1200 x 800 (landscape layout works better) and file size is not to exceed 350kb. The file must be a gif or jpg file type.
The uploaded image will show like this on Swifthire requests for the respective client.
IMPORTANT: If you do not set up client branding, default information for color and logo will be used for SwiftHire Mobile.
Creating a new logo
Recommended images are around 256 x 56 (landscape layout works better).
In the administration module, click System Settings.
Click Logo Upload.
Enter the information requested as follows:
Profile Name: This should be the name of the client or of the client type that you will be uploading a log for ? for example, ABC Company or Retail Clients.
Logo Name: This should be a name that tells you what logo you are uploading ? for example, ABC Standard Logo or Silver and Blue Logo.
File: Use the Browse... button to choose and upload your logo file from your computer.
Save the logo by clicking Upload.
Apply this logo to a client or client type as described.
Creating a new color scheme
To create a custom color scheme that you can apply through Client Branding:
In the administration module, click System Settings in the upper right.
Click on Web site Presentation.
Leave the pulldown at the top on Create New Profile in order to create a new color scheme (or choose a specific profile that?s already been created if you want to edit it).
Give your new profile a name that indicates who will use it or what it looks like, such as ABC Company or Silver and Blue Scheme.
Just below the pulldown, click the link that says Click here to view the color reference. This will open a new window or tab that explains how each lettered section of colors affects the client interface. Use this as your guide as you continue.
For each lettered section, choose the colors you wish to use for background color, font color, and so on. You can click a color from the palette, or you can enter a hex color (such as #0000FF for blue) or a common color name (such as green, grey, or black).
Note only the first option will be applied to your current Verocity System or Swifthire 2.0. The remaining options only apply to the legacy product.
When finished, select the new color profile in the pulldown list at the top, which you can select to make further changes later. Apply this color profile to a client or client type as described below.
To test out your client branding settings, use the technique described in Switching between admin and client/researcher view to auto-login as a client with the new branding settings, and make sure that everything looks the way you expect.
Adding Logos to Reports
If you want to ensure a clients logo is on the top of a report navigate to your name>system settings>result report format.
From here you can configure logos and additional report format information.

Invoices Use Branding Information
The ability for clients to have branding information reflected in their invoices is available.
