System Settings

Administrative users with full admin rights have access to the System Settings in the upper right-hand corner of the screen (under their admin name). There are many different categories of controls in the System Settings, several of which will be covered below:

Profile

System Profile:

The default System Profile should be set up with your CRA information. This will serve as the default contact information available to your clients:

Additional System Profiles can also be created by going to the System Profile section of System Settings, fill in the profile fields with the appropriate information, and click New at the bottom of the page. Applying a newly created profile to a specific client is done at the client or client type level, under their Branding settings. The information from the assigned System Profile will be visible to your clients in their HR module in order to contact you.

Website Presentation:

The option is available to choose a color to be displayed in the bars and tabs in the HR/client module. Any colors under the Verocity 2009 settings can be used. Please note, all other settings are reserved for our legacy product. These can be disregarded but will need to be enabled to save a color profile. Once you have chosen a color, apply the color scheme to the client or client type settings under "Site Branding" or "Client Branding," respectively.

Logo Upload:

Your client's logo can be uploaded to display within their HR module and SwiftHire Mobile application. First, navigate to System Settings -> Logo Upload -> give the logo a name, choose the file from your computer, and click Upload (shown below). Next, the logo will need to be applied to the client or client type under "Site Branding" or "Client Branding," respectively.

Clients

Editing Clients:

Global (system-wide) notification settings for account deactivation.

Clients' Accounting:

Global accounting settings for sending invoices, payment reminders, alerts and enabling global accounting bars. Click here for more details.

Clients' Request List:

Offers free-form fields to customize the "request status" options in the HR module. Using this setting creates a drop-down field for the client to select from this Request List depending on what they need to request from the researcher.

Applicant Result Delivery:

Global controls for sending final reports to applicants.

Screening Statistics Email:

This is where you can customize the email verbiage for users who are set to receive the Screening Statistics Report.

Searches

Search Names:

This is where you can find and edit the names of the products offered to your clients.

Search Descriptions:

A brief explanation of each product can be created here for your clients to view in the HR module. If a Search Description is saved in the system, the client can view it under Info as shown in the screenshot below:

Zone Time Setup:

This is an important part of setup if you wish to categorize pending searches based on the time spent in progress. The categories include the Green, Yellow, Red, and Black Zones which you can define based on the hours pending.

Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance Settings:

This area in System Settings is only for notifications regarding Quality Assurance or missed records. There are no "global" settings for Quality Assurance, as these have to be created at the Client level.

Verocity

Manage Home Page Ads:

This section is where you can upload an ad to run globally in your clients' home page. Ads are displayed at the bottom of the screen and rotate in random order if multiple ads are selected. Ads can be set to expire on a certain date so they will automatically be removed from the clients' home page, or they can be deleted manually. Optional hyperlinks can also be embedded behind the image file uploaded for each ad.
