Navigate to the Report Management tab -> Report Finder. Here you can search and filter by any combination of fields necessary, depending on the information you are searching for. When using the Report Finder, you can specify how the results are sorted on the page - the options for which are located at the bottom of the Report Finder page:

You can leave this at the default option, or you can choose any of the settings described below:

  • Search ID: Sorts by the numeric search ID assigned to each search. Descending puts the largest ID at the top, which generally will show you the most recently ordered searches first; to show the oldest searches first, you can change the results to Ascending.

  • Subject's Last Name: Sorts by the last name of the applicant. If two searches are for the same applicant, then the system sorts secondarily by search ID. Choosing Ascending will display results alphabetically by last name; choosing Descending will display in reverse alphabetical order.

  • Report Type: This sort order only applies when you choose a View Level of Search (which returns individual searches, as opposed to returning overall reports as results). The results will be grouped by the type of search ordered, such as County Criminal or Education Verification. Within each group, the searches will be sorted by Search ID. Again, Ascending will display results grouped by search type alphabetically; choosing Descending will display the groups in reverse alphabetical order.

  • Completed Date: Sorts by the most recent (if you choose Descending) or least recent (if you choose Ascending) searches completed. Notice that this differs from sorting by Search ID, which tends to show you searches based on when they were ordered (that is, by the Post Date).

  • Client: Groups results by the name of the client company that ordered the report. Within each group, the searches will be sorted by Search ID. Again, Ascending will display results grouped by client company name alphabetically; choosing Descending will display the groups in reverse alphabetical order.
