To view pending orders in the system, deverus offers two options to pull up a customized queue.

Pending by Zones- A quick summary of pending orders, sorted by age in the system.

Report Finder Filtering- A detailed view of orders in the system, sorted by a variety of filters.

Pending by Zones

Click on Report Management> Pending by Zones

This view will give you the following filters to sort by:

Once you have filtered your view by the appropriate criteria, all pending reports will be sorted by the following number of aging hours in the system.

Black: Over 72 hours

Red: 48 to 72 hours

Yellow: 24 to 48 hours

Green: Less than 24 hours

Under System Settings>Zone Time Setup you can change the time frames to any hours of your choosing.

From this view you have the following information available:

Search ID- The unique identifier assigned to each search in the system. Click on this to receive a pop-up of search details and to enter results.

Summary- A quick overview of applicant information, time ordered and jurisdiction.

Client ID- Unique identifier assigned to each client. Click on this to review client's settings.

Researcher ID- Researcher assigned to process the order. Click on this to review researcher's information

From here a researcher, manager or administrator can pull up their searches needed and click on the search number to view, make notes, change statuses and enter results.

When creating a specific queue in report finder, you may need to use the search status pending along with an additional filter to create a queue view.

Report Finder

Under Report Management>Report Finder you will find a variety of filters to create an advance search view or queue.

This tool may be useful for you if you would like to see all the details available on the search level or if you would like to pull up a list of searches with any combination of these additional filters:

Account- Filter by client, user, client type, researcher or client Manager

Search ID- The unique identifier attached to each search

Whole Applicant Report View

The deverus system was built out to process searches with the fastest turn-around time! Most of the filtering options are meant to pull up queues that are broken down by search types, for fast processing. To view a whole applicant's report (all searches within an order that make up a report) filter by "Reports" at the bottom of the page.

Sort Results

You can also change the order in which the searches or reports are listed in your customized queue. You can choose to have your results listed by search ID, last name, completed date or client name. The order can be chosen to be descending (by date posted newest to oldest) or ascending. These filters default to search type and descending.
