Improvements

1. Grade Label Update

What's New

We removed the word “Final” from the “Final Grade” label displayed at the top of reports.

Key Updates

The term “Final” caused confusion, since the grade shown is simply the overall grade calculated from the graded searches within the report.

Impact

Reports with graded searches will now display the label as “Grade” instead of “Final Grade.” No functionality or grading logic has changed—this is a terminology update only.

2. HART API Enhancement

What's New

Credit Report orders sent through the HART API now include applicant phone numbers and addresses to meet TransUnion’s updated requirements.

Key Updates

The HART integration has been enhanced to automatically pass these details in every transaction.

Impact

Users will see phone and address information included with all CRED orders, ensuring smoother processing and compliance with TransUnion’s requirements. No changes are needed on your end.

Bug Fixes

1. Invoice Creation Updates

What's New

We’ve added retry processes and clearer error handling to the invoice creation workflow.

Key Updates

These enhancements are designed to reduce instances where invoice creation stalls without error feedback. If an issue occurs, users will now see clearer messaging.

Impact

Invoice creation should be more reliable, with fewer interruptions and improved visibility into errors when they occur. While this update strengthens the process, we will continue monitoring to ensure ongoing stability.
