This week's release includes several bug fixes and system improvements.
We fixed a bug with SXOF searches ordered through the API that were receiving an error during the QA process.
We added a feature that will allow CRAs to add custom searches, custom drug searches, and configure i3 drug codes without having to enter a support ticket. For more information, please see Custom Drug Setup and Custom Searches.
We enhanced the Applicant Portal login process to support multiple email addresses in the 'Applicant Email' field. Before the update, if multiple email addresses were entered, the applicant would receive an error when trying to log in to the portal. Now, the login token will be sent to the email address used to request the token. If multiple email addresses are entered, they will receive all applicant communications simultaneously. In addition, non-standard domains such as [email protected] are now supported.
The Applicant Pay process has been improved to push the applicant straight from the report submission page to the credit card payment page, removing the old '/status-payment' page, which paused the process before the '/payment' page. By providing the applicant with the '/payment' screen instead of the '/status-payment' screen, the applicant will have clear directions that they need to enter their card.
Finally to address an issue where sometimes our system displayed a generic timeout error message instead of the actual error message coming back from Paypal, we increased the timeout for cases where Paypal might take a while to return the message. This should increase the percentage of cases where our system can capture and display the correct error message instead of timing out.
We hope you find these useful and thank you for your partnership with deverus!
