How to Submit a Support Ticket

Welcome to our new support system! We've upgraded to provide you with a more efficient and user-friendly support experience. Follow these simple steps to submit a ticket and get the help you need.


Step 1: Access the Support Chat

  1. Log into your account on the Deverus platform.

  2. Look for the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen. This is your gateway to our support team.


Step 2: Start a Conversation

Once the Messenger opens, you’ll see the following options:

  • Ask deverus AI Support (Fin)

  • Contact deverus Support

Select the option that best fits your needs. If you're unsure or need assistance from a team member, choose Contact deverus Support.


Ask deverus AI Support (Fin)

Our AI assistant, Fin, has access to our entire knowledge base. It can answer your questions about ordering options, product setups, integration details, and more. If you need quick information, ask Fin for instant help without waiting for a support agent. Fin can guide you through the process and provide solutions based on our most up-to-date resources.


Step 3: Provide Necessary Details and Submit the Ticket

  • Answer Prompts: Depending on your selection, you may be asked for more details about your request. This helps us address your issue more efficiently.

  • In some cases, you may be directed to Fin, our AI assistant. Don’t hesitate to chat with Fin, as it’s been trained on Deverus-specific information to assist you. If you still need to speak with an agent, you can quickly select the 'Get more help' option.

  • Attach Files (If Needed): If your issue requires it, you can attach screenshots or documents directly in the chat.


Step 4: Follow-Up and Resolution

  • Stay Updated: You can continue to communicate with our support team directly in the chat. You’ll receive notifications as your issue is being handled.

  • Close the Chat: Once your issue is resolved, you can close the chat, or if you need more help, simply reply to continue the conversation.

Viewing Tickets From Your Company

**Upcoming feature***To see other tickets from your company, navigate to the tickets tab in the Messenger. If additional tickets are available to view, you’ll see a link to the 'ticket portal' where you can view and manage them.
