Client Permission must be turned on here in order to view recruiting tab in the HR Client Portal:
Then User Permission need to be configured under each user:
Applicant Viewing --> Controls My Recruits section/recruiting_status_box - shows or hides
Applicant Management --> Show/hide recruiting_status_box
Applicant Management --> show/hide Settings
Jobs Viewing --> show/hide Career Center
Jobs Management --> show/hide Career Center, edit and add jobs
VeroHire allows recruiters to be assigned to a job which controls both the notifications of new applicants (when someone submits a VeroHire application), and the ability to see the applicants in their account (Recruiting -> New Apps tab).
In order to receive these notifications, the VeroHire 'Career Center' needs to be turned on in the Clients settings.
With VeroHire, there is the ability to set up both 'Confirmation' and 'Declination' Emails in the client module. These automated emails go directly to the applicant.
The “confirmation” email is sent after an applicant successfully submits their application. The “declination” email is sent after the applicant is moved to the “rejected” category.
These emails can be configured by going to the 'recruiting' tab in the client module and selecting 'notifications.'
