1681b FCRA Certification for Integration Manager
CRAs now have the option to enable a setting for each ATS integrated through Integration Manager requiring the HR User to acknowledge their understanding of FCRA requirements prior viewing a given applicant's report. All email addresses that receive the result email will be prompted to acknowledge their understanding.
When the 1681b Compliance setting is enabled, the HR User must acknowledge the compliance text before the report or login page is displayed. The report or login page is displayed immediately after acknowledgment and all subsequent access attempts until link expiration. When the HR user provides their acknowledgment, a response is sent back to the platform indicating the user “certified” the background check.
For more information on the new setting including how to enable the setting in Integration Manager and how to view acknowledgment in activity log, please see https://deverus.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052978052-1681b-FCRA-Certification.
Fixes
deverus engineers have corrected behavior surrounding Applicant Profile Form settings. When a reference code is set to be required but does not have any list data options, the field value does not show as a required value when being ordered from the HR module. A fix has gone out to update the reference field as a required value when it does not have preset data options.
Calculations for Labcorp Direct drug screen expirations were updated to use the following logic:
Convert the number of hours entered in client editor configuration to number of days (24hrs = 1 day, 36hrs = 1.5 day).
Take that number and add it to the current day (M-F, excluding holidays).
Then set the expiration date to the end of that business day (11:59 pm).
