Addition of 'Remove' Button to Integration Manager
Currently, a support ticket is required to remove a client from Integration Manager. Now you will be able to remove accounts from Integration Manager using the 'Remove' button on the 'Settings' tab. The remove process reverts all actions taken in the system when adding a new client to IM, including the creation of mapped locations and packages and the association of integrated reports to the ATS.
After removing an account from IM, any reports for that account can NOT be re-sent to the ATS, even if the account is added back to Integration Manager so please use caution when removing accounts! You will have to confirm the remove action through a prompt before continuing.
IM Report Grade Enhancement
Integration Manager now supports repushing grades changed by HR Users with the 'Change Grade' permission through the integration.
Only report grading is supported with this update, not cumulative grading.
After the HR user updates the grade on the report in the HR module, the integration updates the report grade to the ATS.
Addition of 'Court Unavailable' Option for Search Completion
We added 'Court Unavailable' to the list of Records Searched reasons used to complete criminal searches.
