CRA/ATS Partnership Required?: No, however an agreement between the CRA and TenStreet is required to be in place. See attachment titled "CRA Tenstreet Integration Agreement".

Integration Requirements -

  • CRA must have a signed agreement in place with TenStreet

  • Client must have an existing TenStreet instance


deverus Platform Requirements -

Note: We encourage SwiftHire Mobile, but “direct” orders are currently supported as well.

  • If SwiftHire Mobile is being used -

    • SwiftHire Settings are configured at the client-type level

    • All user profiles have SwiftHire settings configured in their respective HR Modules

  • Active default user at client level(s)

  • Active package(s) - Recommended at client-type level

  • If multiple locations, Branch Administration is enabled at Primary Branch

    • All associated clients/locations are added under this Branch Administration


Additional Information -

  • Integration supports only two status updates -

    • Initial Response

      • 'ACCEPTED'

        or

        'REJECTED'

    • Final Results Response

  • The final report will only be sent back to your client as a .pdf file; there are no results URLs.

  • TenStreet does not release or allow verification searches

    • If verifications will be included in packages, we recommend using SwiftHire Mobile to collect this information from the applicant.
