deverus maintains a verifications database that will allow partners to save and keep track of the employers that use Work Number and for educators also.
This database will initially be empty since deverus does not populate it.
Accessing the Verifications Database
The Verifications database can be viewed by going to Report Management -> Verifications Database. The Database will contain Employment Locations and Education Locations that are added. Each location can be updated to include specific contact information, notes and mark employers as Work Number employers.
Adding a record to the database
There are two ways to enter a new record into the database. One way is while viewing the results entry screen. This screen now has two new options "Populate from Database" and "Upload Current Location to Database".
Locations can be added to the verifications database from the screen using the upload function. Education or Employment locations can also be added manually from going to Report Management -> Verifications Database. Click New Record, enter the required fields and click Save. Records/locations cannot be deleted once they are entered.
Populating from the Verifications Database
When ordering an Employment Verification Screen through the admin module, there is an option to auto-populate the company fields if the employer is already in the Verifications Database. Use the Populate company info button to autofill the fields. This feature is only available when placing an order in the Admin Module.
