Swifthire allows your clients to send self-screening invitations to their applicants. The applicant that receives the invitation can click a personalized link, view instructions, electronically sign an electronic consent document (if you enable it), and fill out their information to initiate a background check. Here's the process for Swifthire:
Your client configures their Swifthire settings within the Verocity client module.
Your client sends one or more screening requests to applicants using the SwiftHire ordering process.
The applicant receives the email, along with any reminders sent later, and can choose to click the included link.
The applicant views a website with instructions, and (if you enable it) signs an online consent form.
The applicant fills out a form submitting the information required for a screening package chosen by your client.
Your client receives the Swifthire Order for review, or it is immediately ordered instead if desired.
This process allows your clients to eliminate data entry or re-entry, putting the data entry task on the applicant instead, but without using an integration or an applicant tracking system.
Naming/Branding Swifthire
By default, the applicant self-screening tool is called Swifthire. However, you can change that name to any name you wish, provided it is 15 characters or less. To do so, navigate to System Settings, find the Product Naming section, and click. Then choose and submit your new name.
