Sending a Swifthire invitation

Your clients can send a Swifthire invitation directly from the main Order Report screen, as shown below. You can also send Swifthire invitations for a client by logging in as that client (see Switching between admin and client/researcher view).

From here, the client simply needs to enter the name and email address of the applicant, along with a reference code if desired. In addition, the client must choose a package from their list of available packages; the applicant will be required to enter information corresponding to each of the searches in the package, so the package determines the form the applicant will fill out. Note: If your client does not have any packages available to order, then a SwiftHire invite cannot be sent. Please view our training video here!

Batch sending Swifthire invitations

If your client wants to send multiple SwiftHire invitations at once, just have them follow the steps above and from the SwiftHire: Create Request screen, click the Batch Upload link in the upper right. From there, your client can upload a CSV file of last names, first names, email addresses, and reference codes, and can order a specific package for all these applicants at one time.

The required format is listed at the bottom of the Batch Upload page:

Your client can use a program like Excel to create a spreadsheet like the screenshot below, saving as a CSV file before importing:

Attached you can find an example CSV template to begin!
