If an applicant enters information that does not match the report in the system, then it is possible for Swifthire Mobile applicants to get an error when attempting to log into the Applicant Portal. The error is a result of the entered information not matching the information on the applicants background report. For any reports of subjects not being able to sign into the Applicant Portal, you can always use this trick to validate the fields that the subject should be entering.

The Applicant portal needs the following information:
First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Date of Birth.
The Information entered into the applicant portal login needs to match the applicant information on the report. The best way to confirm the applicant informations details is to go to the Report level view via the admin module, and click 'Change report info'.
From the ‘Change Report Information’ page you can ensure that all necessary fields (First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and DOB) are filled out with the correct information.
If the applicant is still unable to log into the portal after verifying this information, please create a ticket with support.
