Applicant Portal Invite by Text
This release includes an update to the Applicant Portal that will allow the applicant to receive their verification codes by text. Previously, invitations could be sent by text and email, but verification codes could only be sent to an email address. Now the applicant will be able to choose to receive the authorization code via text message or email and gain access to the portal (provided the invitation has been sent through text to a phone number on file OR an applicant has entered a phone number in the application process). For more information please see https://deverus.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004986623-Swifthire-Applicant-Portal. Giving applicants the option to receive the codes by text should greatly increase login rates to the portal, where they can complete any documents necessary for their background check (see SwiftDocs Document Management - Applicant Portal (1.1))

When using the advanced search filter for a researcher with the filter"Not Verified", "Verified" searches were being included in the results. This has been resolved.
We are releasing a new Client Activity Report, which offers a more robust reporting option for your clients. This report enables the client to view their Activity by search type, and other criteria. They are also able to set a custom date range for searches to include on the report. Please see Client Activity Report for more information.
We also fixed a two-fold bug with SwiftDocs document upload in the Applicant Portal. First, when uploading multiple larger files at one time, where the total upload size exceeded 25MB, the upload got stuck "spinning" but did not display an error message. Now an error message that "total size of all combined files must be less than 25MB" will be returned. Second, when uploading multiple smaller files in the applicant portal at one time, where the upload succeeded, no entry was being created in the admin activity log. This was corrected by increasing the character limit on the database field storing the activity history detail.
