Operations Report is a feature specifically for the Operations department.

The Ops report’s margin is determined by gross profit over revenue and thus gives you the margin of operations, where as the Commission report ignores fees all together which would give a completely different readout.

  1. Search by date

  2. Search by Client branches/ total sum of all Branches

  3. Narrow down by client, researcher, client type, and sales persons.

Disclaimer: Many clients have customization to this feature. The basic formula for operations is the following: The total revenue = CourtFee + SearchCostForClient
The cost = SearchCost (court fees not included)
Profit = Total Revenue - Cost

when using 'custom date range' include the full date range (ex. 01/01/2021 - 02/01/2021 for all of january)

*Note: Operations Report will include all non canceled posted data*

Several updates to the Operations Report have been made:

  • Before running an Operations Report, the system now includes an option for branches: "Group Branches Together". Selecting this option creates a report that displays all branches sorted together, with subtotals for each branch configuration. If this option is selected, and a client is selected that is also a parent branch account, then the report generated will show all of the branch data for branch configuration.

  • In the Operations Report output, the report now includes a "Cost" column that will show the total report cost for the search, client, etc. The report cost includes the fee, which is the report cost from the Researcher Network Configuration.

  • The Drug Screening section will display all relevant client data, instead of only the Top 50.

  • On the output page, each section has a link to export its data to a CSV file.
