Frequently Asked Questions

CSV Invoice Export

Opting for the CSV version of a client's invoice can offer significant advantages in terms of deconstructing prices and fees, providing an additional level of detail, or even as a means to deliver the client's invoices in a different format.

The CSV invoice export can be found by navigating to the invoice under the Accounting tab and the Client Invoice Finder. Once you've located the desired invoice(s), click the option to "export all invoices below to a CSV file."

The next screen will offer several different data points to select, or deselect, depending on the amount of information the client needs on this invoice file:

*NOTE* The CSV invoice export can be useful when clients request a report on how many times a certain package was ordered, because the Package ID and/or Package Name can be selected to display in the export.
