Researcher Instructions
Researcher Instructions can be used when a specific search type requires the researcher to be aware of any special handling. They will appear in the Admin module on the individual search as shown below:

When a researcher logs into their researcher portal, the search will have the Researcher Instructions passed to them. Shown below:

Adding Researcher Instructions
Researcher instructions can be created, per search type, at the client and client type levels. HR clients do not have the ability to add their own researcher instructions, as this tool is designed for CRA-to-Researcher communication for specific business needs.
To add researcher instructions, go to either the Client Type or Client level Ordering Options and click on the "Researcher Instructions" link.
Next, select a search type from the drop-down list, enter instructions for that search type in the Instructions box, and click "save".
*NOTE* Instructions added in this box will save over any existing researcher instructions for that search type. Instructions added at the Client Type level will filter down to all clients on that Client Type, unless there is a researcher instruction for that search type at the client level. In other words, Client level instructions will override those added at the Client Type level.
When a search is ordered, the system will pull any instructions associated with that search and client/client type. Instructions will display at the search level and will be appended to any other researcher instructions. Note: Researcher Instructions are not compatible with the Past Address History/ SSN trace search.
*NOTE* Researcher instructions must be created in the CLIENT's system and are intended to be sent to the researcher when the order is initiated from the client. For Vero to Vero connections researcher instructions should be set up in the client, not the researcher.
Client Ordering Instructions
A Client Ordering Instruction will relay its content to an Admin user when ordering a report on behalf of the client in the Admin module. HR clients have no accessibility to these instructions as they are for CRA use only.
To enter a Client Ordering Instruction, view the client editor for and view the section called "Client Ordering Instructions."
Enter a new instruction, click Enter.
Now when Admin Ordering on behalf of this client, the Client Ordering Instruction will be shown below.
QA-Client Notes
Client notes can be added at the client level in the "Client Notes" section of the client information editor. Information entered here can be viewed in a pop-up window when processing a search from the Quality Review Process screen.
When adding a client account note in the admin, you can propagate the note to all associated client branches
