In your researcher network, you will find researcher ID: deverusresearcher. Make sure the Communication Method for this researcher is set to 'Vero to Vero Connection,' and the Other Vero System is set to 'InfoPlus.'

Navigate to Researcher -> Researcher Network -> County Criminal. From here, you can choose to 'Add Researcher nationwide,' or select the state and 'Add County Criminal Researcher to entire state,' or navigate to the individual counties to assign the InfoPlus researcher. The detailed steps can be found here: Configuring the Researcher Network.

When using deverusDirect as a researcher for the County Criminal report type, the following Filters are available for use:

​Data Only - This leverages our automated Synaptec TM product and on-site court runner service where required. It returns the latest available court records directly from the on-line or on-site court system. There is no review, QA, clean-up, or record verification service included. The scope filters can be customized. Our clients tell us it is much cleaner than other automated products on the market. This returns the most current record information readily available in near real-time (where information is on-line) for the lowest possible cost. Additional QA and record verification will be required by the client for any FCRA use model.

​Standard QA - This is our most popular wholesale court data service used by most CRAs. It includes a 10-year search scope (by file date) leveraging Synaptec TM and on-site court runners to get the latest available records with all possible case details and identifiers. We then apply professional QA, record verification, and clean-up service to the data. This removes false positives, superfluous data, confirms identifiers and validates record reportability per your rules. In addition, we perform a “check for priors” search in our system to look for other potential records that should be included. This is a clean high-quality result ready for final FCRA filtering.

FCRA Compliant - This is our highest level of service for CRAs. It includes the 2 service levels above and applies final FCRA adjudication report filtering on the result. We apply Federal and State FCRA reporting filters and any additional compliance workflow and filtering rules you want us to apply on your behalf. This is the highest level of service for FCRA use models and helps your compliance team operate in the most efficient manner.
