Scan for a Previous Report on Report Level
deverus is releasing a new feature that will allow QA processors to be notified if an applicant has previously been run in the system. This feature is called "Scan for Previous Reports".
QA Screen View
The QA processing screen now displays the results of a full system scan for reports. The scan checks for previous reports (searches) in the system that have the same SSN. If no report is found, the CRA will see “No previous reports found” on the screen.
If previous reports are found, a link to the records appears and is highlighted in the QA processing screen.
The "View Records" link opens up a database scan page where the CRA can view the details of the previous searches and the search status. After viewing the details, searches can be saved to the report for reference.

Save Marked Searches to Report Admin Ordering
deverus admin ordering includes a feature to help the CRA mark and save previous searches on a subject for future reference when creating a new report.
After entering the applicant profile details, the database scans by SSN (or name/DOB if SSN is unavailable) and brings up a screen containing all previous searches for the subject. Any searches with a flag (a record or unverified status) are highlighted on the "Full Database Scan Results" page.
Clicking the "Details" link opens a pop-up window with details of the previous search.
Select any searches you wish to refer to later when working on the report by checking the "save" box, then click
When the report is ordered, the report level will contain a notation "This report has been fully scanned." The marked searches appear at the top of the report level view with a link to the details of the previous search.
Scan Full Previous Report on Search Level
The same feature that works in Admin ordering scans the system from the report level if needed. Just navigate to the report level and hit, "scan now". If any results are found, they will be displayed and available for you to view while working on the report.
Note: This feature is for research purposes only. The results are not visible on the final report.
Selected search will attach to the report for research purposes, but the results will not be viewable in the final report.
