If you cannot find the data you need within one of our reports, deverus can complete a custom pull of a data set, if the data is available in our data tables.

deverus will estimate the amount of developer time required and send a SOW to be signed if the CRA would like to proceed.

The current price will be $150 per hour for an engineer's time for one time reports. To request a custom data pull, please enter a support ticket for a data extraction request with the following information:

Data fields requested should correspond to fields available in the system. For example, Search ID, FirstName, Lastname, SSN, date search ordered, client user ID, search status, client ID.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the CRA to verify the desired data points with their client before requesting a custom data pull. Modifications, additions or repeat data requests of a similar nature are considered outside the scope and will require additional scoping and development cost.

You may find it beneficial to create a custom report that is regularly scheduled and sent to a particular individual or distribution list. deverus can create this for you. Depending on the data needed, we can estimate the amount of developer time it will take to set up. Once we have an estimate, deverus will send a SOW to be signed if the CRA would like to proceed.

There is a $1250.00 minimum engineering fee for this service. Additional engineering may be required and may increase the minimum price. The current rate is $225 per hour added to the minimum for recurring reports. All recurring reports also incur a 20% maintenance fee of the total report cost.
