Department Settings - Email Notifications

Under System Settings, you have the option to control what system emails are sent where. Under "departments" you can set an email for the following fields below:

Accounting

  • Current Accounting Bars

  • Online payments approved

  • Package not filled

  • CSV export

Operations

  • Researcher notes if there is a researcher manager

  • Client notes if there is a client manager

  • Operations Reports (this is sent twice a day)

Information Resource Management

  • Unsuccessful search

  • Researcher alerts

  • Failed Credit Report

  • Failed MVR Report

  • Change of researcher

  • FROM address for Customer Service for client note

Compliance

  • Adverse and Pre-Adverse Orders

  • Verification expirations

Marketing

This is a placeholder to save your marketing email information. This email does not send or receive any communication in the system.

System Profile: Main Customer Service Email

  • This email will be shown on your client's login screen

  • FROM address for Verification Requests

Note: Reports can be sent to multiple email addresses by placing a comma or semicolon between the email addresses.
