Department Settings - Email Notifications

System Settings allow you to control which email address(es) receive specific system-generated notifications. These settings are managed at the department level and help ensure the right teams receive the right messages from the system.

To access these settings, go to:

System Settings > Departments

From there, you can enter or update email addresses for the notification fields listed below.

Accounting Notifications

Use these fields to control where accounting-related system emails are sent.

  • Current Accounting Bars
    Email address(es) entered in this field will receive notifications related to current accounting bars.

  • Online Payments Approved
    Email address(es) entered in this field will receive notifications when online payments are approved.

  • Package Not Filled
    Email address(es) entered in this field will receive notifications when a package has not been completed or filled as expected.

  • CSV Export
    Email address(es) entered in this field will receive CSV export-related notifications.

Operations Notifications

Use these fields to route operations-related notes and reports to the correct team members.

  • Researcher Notes
    Email address(es) entered in this field will receive researcher note notifications when there is a researcher manager assigned.

  • Client Notes
    Email address(es) entered in this field will receive client note notifications when there is a client manager assigned.

  • Operations Reports
    Email address(es) entered in this field will receive operations report emails twice per day.

Information Resource Management Notifications

Use these fields to manage notifications related to searches, researcher activity, credit reports, MVR reports, and client note sender information.

  • Unsuccessful Search
    Email address(es) entered in this field will receive notifications when a search is unsuccessful.

  • Researcher Alerts
    Email address(es) entered in this field will receive researcher-related system alerts.

  • Failed Credit Report
    Email address(es) entered in this field will receive notifications when a credit report fails.

  • Failed MVR Report
    Email address(es) entered in this field will receive notifications when an MVR report fails.

  • Change of Researcher
    Email address(es) entered in this field will receive notifications when the assigned researcher changes.

  • New York Credit Reports on Hold
    Email address(es) entered in this field will receive notifications when New York credit reports are placed on hold.

  • FROM Address for Customer Service for Client Note
    The email address entered in this field appears as the sender for customer service messages related to client notes.

Compliance Notifications

Use these fields to manage compliance-related notifications.

  • Adverse and Pre-Adverse Orders
    Email address(es) entered in this field will receive notifications related to adverse and pre-adverse action orders.

  • Verification Expirations
    Email address(es) entered in this field will receive notifications when verifications are approaching expiration or have expired.

Marketing Email Field

  • Marketing
    This field is a placeholder for storing your marketing email address. It does not send or receive system communications.

Adding Multiple Email Addresses

Notifications can be sent to multiple recipients. To add more than one email address, separate each address with a comma or semicolon.
