Quality Assurance is an essential part to any CRA's workflow. When setting up QA settings for the first time, please navigate to System Settings>Quality Assurance Settings

*Expected Record Entry Settings are LEGACY and no longer used*

This section manages notifications if something is sent to QA. You can setup notifications for your own team or your clients. Simply choose what searches require notifications and fill out the email information at the bottom of the page.

You must insert email addresses at the bottom of the settings even if you do not want notifications. Failure to fill out an email for notifications will result in SwiftHire failures is sent to QA.

QA settings can be assessed through the QA tab> settings, or by navigating to the client under Client Information> View Quality Assurance Settings.
