Enabling Searches
Searches must first be enabled in the client type settings to be available.
To navigate go to Sales> Client types >Search Options
From here you can enable what searches you want to make available to your clients. A client must have "ability to order single searches" enabled in the system to order these searches outside of a package.
Search Names
Each search type can be renamed globally, under Admin > System Settings > Search Names. However, it is not possible to change search names on a per-clients or per-client-type basis.
Search Descriptions
Under Admin > System Settings > Search Descriptions you have the ability to add a description to each search type. Your customers can view this these by hovering over "info" when on their ordering screen:
Researchers
Remember that searches must have a researcher assigned to them. Please view Adding Researchers and Configuring Researchers for next steps.
