If you are new to adding clients to your system, you want to ensure that you have client types (groups) and settings properly configured first before you actually add a client. Please follow this checklist to get started!
Note: When setting up a demo client, navigate to ordering options, and place orders to go on-hold. Instead of automatically dispatching, all test orders will go to the on-hold queue for cancelation.
Optional Step:
If you will be configuring clients that have multiple locations and need to be structured together for billing or other purposes, we will need to setup branches.
