Applicants were unable to log into the Applicant Portal to view older HR/admin ordered reports due to a time limit on reports being pulled into the Applicant Portal. We've increased this time period to three years from the date the report was ordered in keeping with data retention policy. Now applicants will be able to request verification codes by login and/or text to view admin/HR ordered reports up to three years from the date the report was ordered as long as there is a phone number and email address in the applicant profile.
We fixed an issue with Swifthire Mobile Without Review and CDLIS MVR that was causing the order to fail, resulting in the error 'All searches in this report have been cancelled'.
