Fixes

  • Deactivated users were still appearing in the Swifthire notifications in the client's Swifthire settings. We've put in a process to remove the Swifthire notifiers when a user is deleted.

  • We changed the verbiage on the "Send Emails From" field in Swifthire settings to say "Reply To" rather than "Send Emails From". The email input in this field is overridden by the email address ["clientName"@screening.services]. deverus made this change to circumvent some Swifthire invitations getting sent to spam folders due to the recipients spoofing email policies.

  • We are removing the feature "Expected Record Entry Settings" from global, client type, and client level settings as it is legacy and no longer used in the system.

  • The "What email address would you like client invoices sent from" field in System settings -> Clients' Accounting tab is not actually the email address invoices are sent from. Client invoices are sent from ["CRA Name"@screening.services]. We changed the verbiage on this field to say "Reply To". Please visit this link for more information on the email update.

  • We updated the invoice export "Download Now" page to say CSV instead of CVS

1681b Result Delivery Update

The 1681b result delivery option is being removed at the user level. The 1681b result delivery process for integrated orders will work as follows moving forward.

  • If 1681b is set in Integration Manager

    • All orders that come through Integration Manager for the ATS will force the user to use the 1681b attestation process.

    • If an order is placed in the HR module the results will be delivered according to HR user's native delivery settings.

  • If 1681b is NOT set in Integration Manager

    • Reports will be delivered according to the user's current settings.
