EULA Update

This week's release will include several enhancements to the EULA feature.

  • The following placeholders will be added to the EULA creation/edit screen which will be used to populate the information on the agreement when it is displayed to the user

    • ##{{MYCOMPANY}}- Your company name from the default profile

    • ##{{MYURL}}- Your company website from the default profile

    • ##{{MYADDRESS}-company city,state,zip from the default profile

    • ##{{MYPHONE}}-company customer service number from the default profile

    • ##{{MYFAX}}-company customer fax service number from the default profile

    • ##{{MYEMAIL}}-company email from the default profile

    • ##{{NOW}}-current date

    • ##{{CLIENTNAME}}-client name

    • ##{{CLIENTADDRESS}}-client address,city,state,zip

    • ##{{CLIENTCONTACT}}-client contact

    • ##{{CLIENTFAX}}-client fax

    • ##{{CLIENTEMAIL}}-client email

  • One required input field will be added -

    • ‘Your Title With Company’

  • Once the EULA is submitted, the EULA text, the date and time, the inputted data from the user, and an ip address will be memorialized in a pdf.

  • When clicking to view a user’s EULA, if a pdf exists it will be shown, otherwise the current viewing method will be used.

  • The format of the EULA will be:


Main Body Text as set in the Editor Box
‘Your name as entered in the account.’ input field (already exists and will function the same)
‘User ID’ input field (already exists and will function the same)
‘Your Title with Company’ required input field

Fixes

The result report format settings to "Send only reports with a less than top level grade" to listed email addresses were not being followed for 1681b users, causing notifications of less than top grade reports not to go out if 1681b was on for the ATS. A fix for this issue will be released on 4/22/2021.
