This week's release includes several bug fixes and system updates.
System notes currently include client, admin, and researcher notes, but now the CRA will also be able to create applicant notes to email the applicant from the admin module. For more information please see System Notes.
The Custom Notification Management Tool has been renamed Service Reminder Notification and enhanced to work with all search types. Now the CRA can create custom messages to the applicant or HR user contact, which are sent after a specified number of days that a certain search type has been ordered. The SSN input box on the COCR and SWCR record entry and case update screens has been refactored from 3 input boxes to one field so that even the partial SSNs sometimes sent in by integration vendors will remain visible when editing in QA.
We improved the process of removing accounting bars so that if an accounting bar is removed for a top level branch, accounting bars will be removed for all sub-branches paid by that parent.
There was an issue with searches coming out of QA skipping cumulative grading, which could cause the last search on a report not to trigger a cumulative grade. This has been fixed.
We fixed an issue that was causing an error when a search was resubmitted and no note on the search that it was resubmitted if certain required email fields were blank.
