This week's release includes an update to the search function and a small bug fix. There is also an update to the Work Number workflow to make navigating to the matching screen easier.
Searching by Report ID
We've added the ability to search by report ID to the quick search on the dashboard and the advanced search in Report Finder. We also updated the verbiage in the Applicant Portal from 'Record ID' to 'Report ID'. Now when applicants call in and provide their report ID, the search will take you right to their report!
When using a report ID, please keep in mind that the report ID trumps all other parameters included in the search. If you include a report ID or multiple report IDs the search function will always pull up the report(s).
Work Number
For the CRAs using the Work Number integration, we have added a link to the Work Number matching screen on the search card ('Match WN Results'), for those searches that have matches in the Work Number queue.
Work Number Top of Waterfall
In addition, a new Work Number workflow is available by request. The 'Top of Waterfall' Work Number process sends all EMPV searches to Work Number at time of order (or when all EMPVs are taken off hold). This means you do not have to use the 'Submit to Work Number' link on the search card. You can also opt client or client types out of the waterfall as needed. Work Number Report PDF Visibility
The pre-existing Work Number integration attaches a PDF of the report directly from Equifax. This report is by default not made available to the HR client. A new option is available to make all Equifax provided PDF reports be made visible to the HR client. This is a global setting per system. Please enter a ticket with deverus Client Success to have this turned on.
When this setting is enabled, it will make PDFs visible to the HR clients at the time when the report is created. If a report is created while this setting is disabled, the WN PDF will not be visible to the client. This is not a retro-active setting.
Fixes
Finally we fixed a Swifthire Mobile bug where the phone number 'flag' appeared as a broken link. The 'flags' have been removed from the UI.
