In response to some great feedback from our community, deverus has removed the 'Additional Info' verbiage from the Applicant Portal. Previously, this was located under an 'Action' heading and linked to CRA contact information, which was confusing for some applicants and caused them to reach out to the CRA directly (and frustrating if nothing additional was actually needed).

With the update the applicant will still be able to see the report status of complete, pending, or canceled, but the 'Action' column only contains a link to 'View Report' if the report is complete. An additional column has been added with a 'Contact Info' link, so the CRA's information is still available, but does not prompt for applicant action.
