In this week's release deverus has added the ability for the HR User to create SHM batch uploads for branches. Previously, unless the user was set to 'branch order only', Swifthire Mobile orders for branches had to be created one at a time.

Now the HR User can follow the workflow they are already familiar with, but when they select 'Batch Upload', the uploaded CSV of applicants will be placed for the branch user.

Log in as a top branch user → Click ‘Order Report’ → click ‘Branch Order’ → select a sub-branch and user to order on behalf of → click ‘Order → click 'Swifthire Mobile Order' → click 'Batch Upload' → Upload CSV

There is no change in workflow for users already set to 'branch order only'. They will still see the branch selection drop-down before they can place any type of order (SHM, SHM batch, or non-SHM).
