Fixes

We fixed an issue with SwiftReference and Swifthire Mobile With Review where if the HR user removed the referee email address, no contact was sent out and the search didn't reassign. We added validation to the email field that allows edits, as long as they are in a valid email format.

Updates to State and County Custom Search Auto-population

This release will update how state and county custom searches auto-populate when ordered in SHM withOUT review and API ordering. 'Selection' refers to the state or county selected by the applicant in the Swifthire order.

  • Auto-population On

    • There is a selection but no SSNT in package - selection and profile address are used

    • There is a selection and there is an SSNT in package - selection, profile address, and trace are used

  • Auto-population Off

    • There is a selection but no SSNT in package - only the selection is used

    • There is a selection and there is an SSNT in package - only the selection is used

These rules apply whether one or more states are active in the Researcher Network.
The rules also apply whether the package contains only a CDS state, CDS county, or both a CDS state and CDS county.

Branch Order link on Swifthire Mobile Tab

We've added a 'Branch Order' link to to the Swifthire Mobile tab so branch orders can be created without first going through the 'Order Report' page.

New Setting for Service Results

We've added a new 'Service Results' setting to under 'System Settings'. This will allow the CRA to make changes to the verbiage displayed for past address history on the final report. Please note: At this time only the setting is being added to the platform. You will not see any changes to the verbiage on the final report yet. We'll notify you via release notes and an in-app when this functionality is available.
