Improved Report Date Display in Applicant Portal
What's New: We've revamped the "Complete Date" display on the Applicant Portal to provide a clearer message for pending searches.
Issue Resolved: In the mobile version of the Applicant Portal, when checking the "Complete Date" of a report, users sometimes saw a puzzling "Invalid Date" message.
Resolution: Our investigation revealed that this inconsistency emerged when a search on the report was pending. The "Invalid Date" message has now been replaced with the more user-friendly "Pending", aligning with the feedback we received.
Impact: Applicants using the mobile portal will now encounter a more intuitive display, reducing potential confusion when a search is yet to be completed, and behavior is consistent with the desktop version of the portal.
Goal: To provide a clearer, more user-centric experience, ensuring that applicants can easily understand the status of their searches without encountering ambiguous messages.
