Orange = Values that will be provided by the Client and/or Jobvite per individual client account
Green = Enter a description

CRA/ATS Partnership Required?: Optional. If you wish to be listed on the Jobvite marketplace, a partnership is required.

With partnership: ~3-6 weeks
Non-partnership: ~2 weeks

Integration Requirements -

  • SwiftHire Mobile

  • Client must have an existing Jobvite instance

  • Client must provide Administrator login credentials to access the Jobvite instance. This allows deverus to configure required areas in Jobvite to facilitate integrated background check requests

    • Username

    • Password

    • SwiftHire Settings are configured at the client-type level

    • All user profiles have SwiftHire settings configured in their respective HR Modules

  • Active default user at client level(s)

  • Active package(s) - Recommended at client-type level

  • If multiple locations, Branch Administration is enabled at Primary Branch

    • All associated clients/locations are nested under this Branch Administration
