To place an order from the Admin module on behalf of a client, the Ordering Box feature will need to be configured in the client type settings.
Edit Ordering Box
The "Edit Ordering Box" can be customized per client type, under the "Sales tab".
First, make the search available under the 'Search Options' sections.
Next, select 'Edit Ordering Box' from the main page of the client types (Sales > Client Types).
Both Ordering boxes and activated searches can be added, edited or deleted from this page.
Log into the Admin Module -> Sales tab -> Client Types -> Search Options to activate searches in the Search Options.
Admin Ordering
Once your ordering box is complete, you can place orders in the Admin module by navigating to the Report Management tab -> Order Report.
Mass Print Reports
Reports can be printed en masse from the Admin module. Start by pulling up the list of reports from the Report Management tab -> Report Finder -> there will be an option to 'Print Reports' at the top:
Clicking 'Print Reports' will bring up the standard window with your current print options. If applicable, you can print the reports to a PDF file. The reports will appear in the printed document consecutively.
