The redesigned Report Finder is available in the Admin module. From the dashboard, navigate to the Report Management tab, and then Report Finder. It includes a Classic/New toggle so users can switch between the legacy layout and the new v26 experience at any time. Your selection is remembered automatically for future visits.

Report Finder has been fully redesigned with a cleaner, more modern layout aligned to the v26 design system. The new experience makes it easier to search, review, and manage results with improved readability and faster access to key report details.

Card layout — Results are now grouped into expandable report cards, making it easier to scan applicant details, report information, and related searches in one place.

Inline filters — Search filters are available directly within the updated interface, so you can refine results more easily without navigating through a separate experience.

Masked SSN/DOB display — Sensitive fields such as SSN and date of birth are masked by default and can be revealed only when needed.

Portal/source badges — Orders now display badges showing where they originated, giving users more context at a glance.

AKA indicator — Searches associated with alternate names are now labeled directly in results for easier review.

Email and phone search — Report Finder now supports searching by applicant email address or phone number, and those details are displayed on the result cards.

Saved filter presets — “My Models” allows users to save common search filter combinations for quicker reuse.

Export options — Users can export the current result set directly from the toolbar as CSV or Excel.

Improved readability — Font sizes have been increased across the v26 pages for a clearer, easier-to-read experience.

Managing and reviewing results in Report Finder is now more efficient and easier to navigate. Users can scan results more quickly, filter with less effort, access more context directly on the page, and export data without leaving the updated interface. A Classic/New toggle remains available for flexibility during the transition.
