Finding the Redesigned Hold Queue
The redesigned Hold Queue is accessed directly from the Admin module. From your dashboard, click the hyperlinked number next to On Hold in the Global Search Statistics section on the right-hand side.
What's New
The Hold Queue has been fully redesigned with a modern, easier-to-use interface. Everything is cleaner, larger, and more efficient — you can now manage holds without losing your place or opening new windows.
Key Updates
Card layout — Reports are displayed as expandable cards. Searches within each report are grouped underneath, making it easier to scan large queues.
Flyout panel — Click any search ID to open full details in a right-side slide-in panel, instead of a new window. Stay in the queue while reviewing a search.
SSNT badge — Reports containing a Social Security Number Trace show an SSNT badge. Click it to open the SSNT results directly in the flyout panel.
AKA badge — Searches that are flagged as AKAs are now labeled directly on their row in the queue.
Release options — Release all held searches on a report at once using "Release All Holds" on the card, or release individual searches as needed.
Active filter bar — Applied filters appear as pills at the top of results. Remove any filter with a single click.
Export options — Download your current hold queue as CSV or Excel directly from the toolbar.
Improved readability — Font sizes have been increased ~30% across the board for easier reading.
Classic/New toggle — Includes a toggle to switch between the classic layout and the new v26 view. Your preference is saved automatically.
Impact
Managing the Hold Queue is now faster and less disruptive — you can review, release, and export without navigating away or opening multiple windows.
