Improvements

1. Time Service Report

What's New

  • A new Time Service Report is now available in the Operations section of the Admin Reports page.

Key Updates

  • The report displays average applicant turnaround time (TAT) by client, broken down by branch location, calculated in business hours and business days.

  • TAT calculations automatically exclude weekends and holidays, so results reflect true processing time.

  • Filter options include date range, client or branch selection, client type, and the ability to exclude specific order types (e.g. instant searches like MVR) from the TAT calculation.

  • Results are sortable, paginated, and exportable to CSV or Excel.

Impact

This report gives administrators clear visibility into how long it takes to deliver completed background check reports at the client level — broken down by branch — making it easier to track performance, spot delays, and share turnaround data with clients.

2. SwiftHire — Email Readability Fix

What's New

  • Fixed a display issue in SwiftHire email invitations where the “Get Started” button could appear invisible or difficult to read depending on a client’s brand colors.

Key Updates

  • The “Get Started” button in SwiftHire invite emails is now consistently visible and readable across all client color schemes, including both light and dark branded backgrounds.

  • No configuration changes are required, and existing client email branding is not affected.

Impact

Improves the applicant experience by ensuring the call-to-action button in SwiftHire email invitations is always clearly visible, reducing confusion and drop-off at the start of the screening process.
