The report now displays Assigned Vendor ID alongside existing Completion Time and Completed By data.

2. SwiftHire Notification Enhancement
What’s New
Updated SwiftHire notification emails (both With Review and Without Review) so the link routes the HR user directly to the correct applicant associated with the notification.
Key Updates
Clicking the link in the email notification “Background Check for {Applicant Name} Has Been Ordered” will:
Prompt the user to log in (if not already logged in), then
Route the user to the appropriate destination:
The applicant’s Report Profile (if the report is in progress), or
The applicant record in the With Review queue (for SwiftHire With Review orders)
Impact
Reduces confusion and navigation time by ensuring users land on the exact applicant tied to the notification—even if the name on the invite differs from the name entered during the applicant’s SwiftHire session.
