deverus will only store consumer data for 3 years free of charge. Any client wishing to retain consumer data for longer than 3 years will be subject to an $0.003 monthly per report charge. The applicant will have access to the reports stored in the applicant portal for up to 3 years. If a CRA or HR client sets the Data Retention policy for less than 3 years, access to the applicant portal will apply accordingly.
If Data retention is set to 3 years, Applicant will have access to the Applicant Portal for 3 years.
