deverus is pleased to announce that our technology platform has been awarded our very own SOC II compliance certification.
Previous to this award, deverus fell safely under the umbrella of Amazon Web Services and their own security. Now, deverus has our own certification.
What is SOC II?
SOC II certification is an operational award provided to organizations that operate under specific guidelines in regards to: Security, Architecture, Performance, and Reliability. For the greater part of 2021, deverus has made SOC II compliance a priority for our partners.
Partner Action Items?
CRAs on the deverus platform do not have to take any action. This is an operational item that is specific to deverus. We are happy to share our status of SOC II compliance and we are happy for our deverus partners to know that their partner and platform has achieved a large 2021 goal.
What does the certification look like?
We have received a large number of requests to share the report not only with our partners, but with end users both current and prospective. At the advice of our auditors, we put a procedure in place that requires an NDA before sharing, and a unique watermarked version of the report when shared. To pursue getting a copy of the SOC II report, please create a ticket with our support team. Please know that non-deverus NDAs or altered ( redlined ) versions of the deverus NDA will not be accepted.
