HubX Integration Overview

HubX is a researcher integration supported by the Hubworks product, in which the researcher request leaves the Verocity platform and the results are routed back to the platform all via the HubX integration. In this solution, the CRA only pays the set rate they negotiate with the researcher.

Setting up a HubX Researcher Integration

To get started, please contact your preferred researcher using the attached vendor guide.

1. Once you have contacted the vendor and created an account, please enter a support ticket requesting the connection.

2. Add them as a researcher in your system and include contact information.

3. deverus will provide you and the researcher a set of credentials for them to plug into their end.

4. Add HubX account ID into the researcher's information in deverus and set the communication method to HubX:

5. In your Verocity platform, assign the researcher to a jurisdiction that you have set up with the researcher. Place a test order to confirm a successful round-trip submission before assigning to other jurisdictions.
